Dear Sir,

Last year I completed an around the world trip with my wife Mary. We visited Europe, Asia, Australia and South America. One of the most memorable experiences was our time in Nepal on the Annapurna Trek. For over three weeks we hiked the entire Annapurna loop with our guide Shital. We saw exciting landscapes met traditional people and explored one of the most visibly exciting places in the world.

While anyone can explore the Annapurna region, our guide made the difference. Shital Chandra Dharel was the best guide we have ever hired. He is flexible: allowing us to spend more time where we felt like resting. He is knowledgeable: he explained cultural, historical and environmental facts. He is caring: My wife Mary had altitude slickness. He provided the right diet and medicine for her and recommended the right pace so that she could make the high pass. We felt safe and reassured with Shital so that we could fully enjoy our fantastic surroundings.

I was very happy to hear that Shital has joined other great guides to form a guiding company. The most important part of the company's name is Heart since heart is what makes this company different from the others.
