Dhaulagiri is the seventh highest mountain in the world located in north central Nepal. It is the highest mountain located entirely within Nepal. Dhaulagiri's crest stretches for thirty miles, lending structure to an otherwise tangled topography of twisting ridges, glaciers, and ice falls. Along the main crest, several pyramid-shaped peaks rise. Four of these summits, numbered from east to west, rise above 25,000 ft. This is the perfect trip for those who want to have a more intense experience of the expedition.

Best Season: April/May & Sep/Oct

Day 05: Trek to Tatopani (1,189 m). O/N in lodge

Day 06: Trek to Ghasa (2,012 m). O/N in lodge

Day 07: Trek to Tukuche (2,591 m). O/N in lodge

Day 08: Trek to Marpha (2,667 m).

Day 09: Trek to Yak Kharka

Day 10: Trek to French Col

Day 11: Trek to Dhalulagiri Base Camp

Day 12-49: Climbing period

Day 50: Cleaning up Base Camp

Day 51: Trek to Dhampus Col

Day 52: Trek to Marpha. O/N in lodge

Day 53: Trek to Jomsom. O/N in lodge

Day 54: Fly back Jomsom/ Pokhara/ Kathmandu & transfer to hotel

Day 55-57: Free day in Kathmandu

Day 58: Departure from Kathmandu
