Description :
One of the hard passes in Himalayan is Ganja
La. Recommended only with an experienced
guide and staff by lonely planet. To cross
from Langtang into Helambu, via the Ganja la
pass, is a serious undertaking requiring
good equipment and experienced guide and
porters. For three to four days there are no
facilities, groups and staff must be fully
self-sufficient. The crossing of the pass
requires the use of technical climbing
equipment and all their camping gars. From
the pass you can see the panorama of the
whole Langtang Himalayan range in the
distance you can see the 8000 meter peak in
Tibet named Sishapangma.
