Trekking In Off The Beaten Track

Ganesh Himal Trek

Trekking Hour : Approximately 6 - 7 hours each day

Description : Gorkha is situated on a hill overlooking the snowy peaks of the Himalaya is a beautiful old ancient place. There are two attractive temples of Gorakhanath and Kali inside the place precinct. Besides its, the area also offer you, an excellent habitat for a wide variety of plants and animals; 526 species of plants (including 40 species of orchids), and 300 species of birds. Other interesting wild animals are the Himalayan thar, gaur, many kinds of monkeys and musk deer.

There are some interesting panoramic views destination points, which are called Singala pass, Pangsang Bhanjyang, Jaisal Kunda, Jyamrung, Khanchok and Gorkha. These places offer more than 35 mountains over 6000m (19'680ft.)

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu.

Day 02 : Sight seeing in Kathmandu valley.

Day 03 : Kathmandu to Betrawati & camp in Satdobato.

Day 04 : Satdobato – BALCHE VILLAGE.

Day 05 : BALCHE VILLAGE - GONGA.

Day 06 : Bherikharka to Rupchet.

Day 07 : Rest Day in Rupchet.

Day 08 : Rupchet to Bhaisikharka Via Singla Pass (4600m).

Day 09 : Bhaisi Kharka to Chalise.

Day 10 : Chalise to Hindung.

Day 11 : Hindung to Kharka.

Day 12 : Kharka to Lula Kharka.

Day 13 : Thulo Kharka to Kalo Seto Kunda/Ganesh Himala base camp.

Day 14 : Kalo Seto Kunda to Kharka.

Day 15 : Kharka to Hindung.

Day 16 : Hindung to Borang.

Day 17 : Borang to Laba Khading.

Day 18 : Laba Khading to Mangengoth.

Day 19 : Mengengoth tot Dunnchet.

Day 20 : Dhunchet to Baseri.

Day 21 : Baseri to Arughat.

Day 22 : Arughat to Damgade.

Day 23 : Damgade to Gorkha.

Day 24 : Gorkha to Kathmandu.

Day 25 : Departure from Kathmandu.
