Thank you to Himalaya Heart
Treks & Expedition [P] ltd for my fantastic
trek round the Annapurna Circuit. It is easy
to feel concerned about the Maoist
insurgency here in Nepal because of skewed
news from home and inaccurate portrayal of
the situation in the media. We encountered
the Maoists on our trek and there was no
problem. The fact remains that the Maoists
rely on tourists for the bulk of their
income and I never felt under any threat
either in Kathmandu or on the circuit. My
guide Hari, and porter, also called Hari
were both great and I’d say without
hesitation that a trip to Nepal is worth it.
I’ll recommend Himalaya Heart Treks &
Expedition {P} ltd without hesitation to all
my friends and family at home, and I’ll be
back for more…
Many thanks for all your help,

Dear Himalaya Heart
Thank you so much for our wonderful trek to
Muktinath. Despite all our concerns about
the political situation in Nepal we are so
glad we went ahead with our holiday. You
managed to organize everything so smoothly
or us even at such short notice. We really
appreciated the way our guide Thakur and
porter Prakash kept us safe and took such
good care of us every step of the way; we
never had a moment’s anxiety about anything.
Thakur and Prakash were wonderful company as
well as expert at their jobs, and we had an
enormous amount of fun together. We will
certainly be recommending you to all our
friends and look forward to another trek
with you very soon!
Until then we send you all our warmest
thanks and best wishes,
